At the beginning of May, we started our training refresh with the launch of 15 new courses and programs to better align with the evolving training needs of our members.
The new courses cover a range of topics including coaching, change management, difficult conversations, people management, effective communication, and diversity, equity and inclusion.
Today, we’re excited to announce the launch of the final six new courses:
Agile Governance
This half-day course is designed for leaders responsible for driving strategic initiatives, programs, and projects. It explores how Agile principles can be applied to governance frameworks to reduce red tape, accelerate decision-making, and increase value delivery across initiatives. Ideal for senior leaders, board members, project managers, and change practitioners, it provides clear, practical strategies to modernise governance, enhance project outcomes, and create space for innovation, transparency, and team autonomy.

Building an inclusive culture
Step into a fascinating world of human stories with the Hobart Human Library – a unique interactive learning experience where individuals with diverse backgrounds and experiences, known as ‘human books’, share their lived experiences. Over half a day you will gain the knowledge and tools to identify and manage unconscious bias, foster inclusive behaviours, and implement practical strategies for creating a respectful and diverse workplace culture.

Change management in digital transformation
In today’s fast-paced digital world, transformation requires more than new tech — it demands effective change management. This one-day course will equip you with practical tools, frameworks, and insights to confidently lead change, manage stakeholders, and assess risks in agile and hybrid environments. Inclusive leadership in practice: reducing bias in the workplace
This practical course will give you the knowledge and tools to recognise, manage, and reduce bias in the workplace.
