The Tasmanian Training Consortium (TTC) is dedicated to enhancing the professional growth of the Tasmanian public sector workforce.
We partner with highly qualified and experienced training providers to deliver practical, relevant and contemporary learning opportunities that meet the unique needs of public sector employees.
Based within the Department of Premier and Cabinet’s State Service Management Office, we provide a clear connection between agencies and organisations to access quality professional development and training that builds capability, strengthens performance and delivers better outcomes for the Tasmanian community.
We offer a wide range of short courses and development programs designed to help individuals and teams grow the skills, knowledge and confidence needed to meet the challenges of a modern public service.
What we do:
- Partner with the Tasmanian public sector to identify and respond to capability needs
- Commission leading providers to deliver development and training in Tasmania
- Manage development programs to usher in next generations of public sector employees
- Provide a central platform and support for whole-of-government events and initiatives
