This comprehensive course will equip you with the complete toolkit to successfully lead and sustain organisational change. It combines strategic planning with practical implementation, sustainability and measurement techniques to ensure long-term success.

Over one and a half days, you will cover:

  • Planning and delivering a change strategy – learn how to create a compelling change vision and develop a robust strategy through interactive case studies and the use of proven tools and techniques. You’ll gain practical skills in change impact analysis, planning, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Measure and sustain change – gain skills and tools to evaluate the effectiveness of and ensure the long-term success of change initiatives. You will learn how to develop comprehensive measurement plans, leverage data for decision-making, and apply continuous improvement principles to maintain momentum and adapt to evolving needs.
  • Embed change and manage resistance – master the techniques needed to overcome resistance, foster resilience, and integrate change into organisational culture. Through theoretical insights, practical exercises and real-world scenarios, you will learn how to successfully reinforce and embed change.

By the end of the course, you will be confident in guiding others through all stages of change, ensuring lasting impact and value.
