This practical course will give you the knowledge and tools to recognise, manage, and reduce bias in the workplace. You will explore different types of bias—conscious, unconscious, and cognitive—and their impact on workplace culture, relationships, and decision-making.
Through interactive activities and group learning, you will build a deeper understanding of diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI), and why it’s essential for a healthy work environment. You will also learn about the relevant legal framework, including discrimination laws and organisational responsibilities.
Beyond theory, you will gain practical tools, templates and strategies to apply in your role to help you take action, reduce bias, and promote fairness.
Concluding with reflection and action planning, will walk away better equipped to create meaningful change and foster a respectful, inclusive workplace culture. An optional one-hour follow up accountability session is also available to support implementation.
