Earlier this month, we announced the first four of 15 new courses being added to our training lineup, following the completion of a major request for quote process.

As promised, we're now excited to introduce the second round of new offerings, including three new courses and two unique hybrid programs to accelerate your professional growth.

Coaching in the workplace

This comprehensive hybrid program includes a full-day face-to-face workshop, followed by four fortnightly 90-minute online sessions. It will equip you with practical coaching skills to foster a supportive, growth-oriented workplace. You’ll develop core competencies like rapport building, active listening, ethics, and role distinction, using proven techniques to help others reach their potential.

First program: 10 September 2025 - 5 November 2025, Hobart and online

Compassionate and crucial conversations

This three-part program includes a full-day face-to-face workshop, followed by a three-hour online session and a 1.5-hour online group coaching session. It will provide you with practical tools, proven communication frameworks, and greater self-awareness – empowering you to lead with greater compassion and navigate a wide range of compassionate and crucial conversations with confidence, clarity and influence.

Integrated communication strategy

Designed for communication professionals and organisational leaders, this highly interactive course will help you develop a strategic mindset and adopt an integrated approach to communication that aligns with your organisation’s goals. You will learn how to engage key audiences and stakeholders with clarity and impact through a cohesive communication strategy that ensures clear, consistent messaging across all channels. Issues and crisis communication

Following on from the previous course: Integrated Communication Strategy, this course is designed to equip leaders and communication professionals with the tools and strategies to manage issues and crises effectively. Over one day, you will learn how to protect your organisation’s reputation by using clear communication, proper processes, and a smart, multi-channel approach across digital, editorial, and social media communication.

The people leader’s toolkit

Whether you're a current or aspiring leader, this engaging two-day will provide you with the essential tools to lead and manage others with confidence, clarity, and purpose. You will develop the mindset and practical skills needed to set goals, create alignment, and inspire high performance in others. You’ll walk away with the tools to improve team dynamics, foster collaboration, give constructive feedback, and navigate challenges with confidence and resilience.
