This comprehensive program will equip you with the essential skills and tools to apply coaching into your daily interactions to foster a supportive and growth-oriented workplace culture.

Throughout the program, you will explore core coaching competencies including rapport building, active listening, ethics, self-regulation, and the distinction between managing and coaching roles. You will learn practical techniques and proven frameworks to guide and support others in achieving their full potential.

The program includes:

  • One full-day, face-to-face workshop – Establish a strong foundation in coaching principles, practice core techniques, and receive tailored feedback in a highly interactive learning environment.
  • Four 90-minute online sessions (fortnightly) – Reinforce and deepen your understanding through guided discussions, scenario-based practice, and ongoing feedback
  • Online resources – Continue your development beyond the sessions with a range of tools and materials designed to support application in the workplace.

By the end of the program, you will be equipped with both the knowledge and practical skills to coach with confidence, driving meaningful change and a thriving workplace culture.

  • adapt leadership styles by integrating coaching and management approaches - Effectively distinguish and shift between coaching and managing roles, using situational awareness and ethical frameworks to guide interactions, support employee development, and enhance leadership impact.

Greg HinceGreg is a highly experienced professional coach and coach trainer who works with a wide range of clients—CEOs, change managers, senior leaders and frontline workers. He uses non-impositional coaching methods to enable sustainable change, often addressing anxiety, trauma, and overwhelm. Greg has held leadership roles in the Tasmanian and Australian Government, private practice, the Royal Australian Navy and is an Honorary Fellow at the University of Melbourne.
