Delivery: Online | Duration: Four half-day workshops | Level: Foundational
Over four half-day workshops, this practical, hands-on program will help you answer the fundamental question: are your programs and services making a difference for clients and communities?
Suitable for participants with varying levels of evaluation experience, this unique program takes you through the foundations of effective evaluation, from understanding the fundamentals and developing program logic models to evaluation planning, data collection, governance, stakeholder engagement and reporting.
Using a case study that progresses across all four workshops, you will put the concepts into practice through small group activities and develop practical evaluation tools along the way. Real-life examples and opportunities to apply the learning to your own work will help you build the knowledge and confidence to plan and conduct effective evaluations.
