Delivery: Face-to-face | Duration: Three-hours | Level: Foundational

Do you feel like your inbox is constantly out of control? Are unread and flagged emails piling up, leaving you wondering how you’ll ever catch up, let alone focus on any meaningful work?

This half-day course will help you take back control of your inbox. You’ll learn a practical, research-informed approach to managing medium to high volumes of email. Developed by Tasmanian productivity experts Daniel Sih and Tim Hynes, the Email Ninja method has supported more than 30,000 learners globally to regain control of their inbox and reduce email-related stress.

You’ll discover how to rethink the purpose of your inbox, apply clear processing rules, and build sustainable habits to restore a sense of control.

This is not an IT or software training session. It’s an interactive session focused on workflow and decision-making skills that can be applied across any email platform. You’ll also have access to follow-up eLearning and Outlook tutorials to help you embed lasting change and stay on top of your inbox for good.

By the end of this course, you will be able to:
