Mercer’s CED Job Evaluation methodology is an objective method for HR practitioners to compare positions in their organisation and provide rigor to procedures such as compensation and performance appraisal.
Delivered online, this course consists of a series of self-paced interactive and engaging learning activities, followed by a three-hour virtual session to consolidate everything that you have learnt.

Paula is an engaging presenter who works with clients from public, private, and not-for-profit sectors to develop and implement strategies that support business transformation and growth. When working with clients, she places great emphasis on the importance of knowledge transfer and developing client capability to support the implementation of Mercer developed tools and strategies. Paula is a passionate life-long learner who holds a Masters and PhD in Organisational Psychology.
