Delivery: Face-to-Face | Duration: One day

Across the globe, public sector managers are being challenged to balance competing demands including citizens' expectations, budget constraints and ensuring consistent performance and service delivery standards. While short term actions are needed, public sector organisations must also ensure that they develop medium and long term strategies and plans.

This course aims to assist public sector managers to consider 'fit-for-purpose' governance arrangements over projects and programs and to apply the Australian and International Standards AS/ISO 31000:2018 Risk Management - guidelines in a public sector setting.
