Think on Your Feet® is a globally acclaimed course that teaches you to analyse, organise and present your ideas, even when under pressure. The basis of the two-day highly interactive course is that ‘clear thinking is the secret to clear speaking’.
During this course, you will get an introduction to the capsules-of-persuasion concept: 10 plans that structure your ideas quickly, which when put into practice, can help you communicate confidently in an impromptu situation, handle difficult questions and get your ideas across - even when there is no time to prepare.
The course consists of four modules delivered over two days, which are interspersed with small group coaching and regular breaks.

- Identify ways to buy time for a well-considered response
- Field difficult questions with confidence and logic
- Implement bridging strategies to lessen the emotional impact of tough questions

He began his career in the telecommunications industry and for more than ten years sold telecommunication and IT solutions to major corporations and government accounts. Phil was promoted to become a leading national sales trainer, responsible for training management, sales staff, engineers, administrators and technicians in high level sales and communications skills.
