  • Apply the OPEN framework to command a room, establish credibility, and manage group energy from the outset.
  • Structure content using the 4MAT model to ensure material is engaging, relevant, and memorable for adult learners.
  • Facilitate five distinct engagement techniques to maintain energy, encourage participation, and prevent meeting fatigue.
  • Respond effectively to common facilitation challenges using proven, practical techniques.
