Delivery: Face-to-face | Duration: 1 day

This course will provide you with techniques to prepare for meetings and to write professional minutes and agendas. You will learn the roles of the minute taker and chairperson, as well as the importance of working together to achieve an effective meeting.

The minute taker has an important role to play that is much more than just taking notes. Effective minutes and agendas can improve the outcomes of a meeting and often the minute taker will need to organise the meeting and write/circulate the agenda, documents and minutes.

This enjoyable course is packed with examples, techniques, exercises and video case studies to help you learn these important skills.
