Delivery: Online | Duration: 3 hours

This brief online workshop is designed to provide people leaders with an introduction to the concept of psychological safety and why it is important to create team cultures that enable employees to thrive.

Not to be confused with psychosocial safety; which is about managing hazards that can negatively influence mental health and wellbeing; psychological safety is about creating a workplace culture where everyone feels supported and safe to express their ideas and concerns, ask questions and admit mistakes, all without fear of punitive action.

Psychological safety is the leading variable when it comes to both individual and team performance.  It is a key ingredient for creating an inclusive environment and the foundation for high-performing and innovative teams.

With a greater understanding of psychological safety, you will be better equipped to enable conversations and a positive workplace culture that allows employees to speak up and feel safe at work.
