This course will explore strategies that you can use to help you bounce back more rapidly from challenges, as well as the proactive steps that you can take to manage your wellbeing at work.

  • Unpack common workplace stressors that can influence your coping capacity
  • Build a resilient relationship with yourself and get an awareness of how to regulate your thoughts and reactions
  • Practise how to build resilient work relationships
  • Develop proactive and response strategies that are solution focused

Presenter - Dr Jacqui Triffitt

Dr Jacqui TriffittJacqui has extensive experience in designing and delivering innovative, interactive and practical workshops, covering a range of psychological topics including challenging behaviour, resilience, life balance, stress management and leadership. Having also practiced as a psychologist for over 30 years (now retired) in the areas of clinical and sport psychology, Jacqui has worked with a wide range of organisations including Federal, State and local government, private enterprise and sporting bodies.
