Get an overview of the fundamental concepts of project management in this short introductory online course.

Consisting of two sessions, mixing in short burst of theory with group activities, this practical course will provide you with a teaser into project management, exploring the why and what of projects, how to approach them and who needs to be involved.

This course will also introduce an approach to assembling estimates, allowing you to determine timeframes and the resources required for projects. It will also touch on other questions such as ‘what if’ and what else’, providing a high-level overview of some of the risks involved in project management.

Sharyn whiteSharyn is a principal consultant at LeftField Project Solutions who works with a variety of organisations locally and inter-state across the private and public sectors.
