Register now Delivery: Online | Duration: self-paced (60 days access)

What are the key ingredients that make up a good decision?

We all make decisions every day. Some are as simple as deciding what to have for breakfast, while others, such as those we need to make at work, require much more in-depth research, analysis and consultation.

This self-paced online course will equip you with the knowledge, skills and tools needed to maximise the likelihood of achieving your goals in any situation, while also ensuring that the decisions you make at work are aligned with your organisation's vision and values.

If you provide advice or formulate policy options, prepare briefs, or have a project or strategic planning role, this course is for you.

Once registered, you will have access to the equivalent of a full-day of engaging, high-quality training, which you can undertake at your own pace, to enable you to begin making better professional and personal decisions immediately. You will also receive:

  • a fully referenced, practical e-book that can be used to help guide your decision-making well into the future, and
  • a strategic decisions and recommendations process and checklist (a highly effective tool for those who are regularly confronted with decisions of significant importance).
