Mark has an in-depth knowledge of government decision-making processes and public sector financial management, having worked with clients from all levels of government (state, federal and local), Universities, as well as private and not-for-profit organisations, preparing submissions, business cases and reports. He an honours degree in economics and a graduate diploma in marketing, throughout his career, has held executive roles in South Australian Treasury and Finance, worked as a team leader for BHP Billiton and is now a highly regarded consultant and facilitator.
