Providing advice and preparing documents are critical skills for the public sector. Well prepared documents that capture the right information and present it concisely and logically, enhance the quality of decision making within an organisation. However, it can be complex process and is one that often even the most experienced people find daunting.

This course will teach you how to better understand and clarify the key insights within your advice, making the process of preparing concise documents much easier.

MarkMark has an in-depth knowledge of government decision-making processes and public sector financial management, having worked with clients from all levels of government (state, federal and local), Universities, as well as private and not-for-profit organisations, preparing submissions, business cases and reports. He an honours degree in economics and a graduate diploma in marketing, throughout his career, has held executive roles in South Australian Treasury and Finance, worked as a team leader for BHP Billiton and is now a highly regarded consultant and facilitator.
