Delivery: Face-to-face | Duration: Full day | Level: Foundational

Communication is the foundation for human connection. With such a culturally diverse nation, it is essential that we all have the skills and confidence to communicate effectively and respectfully across cultural divides, both in the workplace and the community.

This highly interactive course will take you on an immersive personal journey where you discover deep insights about yourself and the people you interact with. Get ready to engage with your unconscious and/or conscious cultural biases, and develop the skills and confidence to navigate intercultural communication — leading to both written and verbal communication that is inclusive, ethical and responsible.

You will have a unique opportunity to actively engage with individuals from various cultural backgrounds and develop solutions to practical problems that require consideration of differing cultural perspectives and lived experiences.

Come along with an open heart and an open mind for a day of fun interactive discussions and engaging practical activities that will transform your ability to connect with others.
