TasGraD is a comprehensive 2 year development program designed to challenge, inspire and encourage participants to explore the many opportunities available within the broader State Service. Participants have the opportunity to contribute to key projects within Government and play a part in developing and delivering policies, program and services.
The program combines both formal learning through structured sessions and informal learning through workplace experiences, support and development.
By being part of a TasGraD program, you become a cohort of Graduate Officers where you learn from each other, share experiences, provide networks and contacts across the service and work together on a project.
The TasGraD Program is coordinated by the TTC.
