ANZSOG was established as a not-for-profit company in 2002 with the vision of creating a world-leading educational institution teaching strategic management and high-level policy to public sector leaders. Formed by a consortium of governments, universities and business schools from Australia and New Zealand, it is home to a substantial research program that aims to deepen government, community and academic understanding of public administration, policy and management.
ANZSOG has three core activities:
- Public sector executive education
- A case study program
- A research program
ANZSOG has ten government partners that select their most promising public servants to participate in the School’s education programs. In Tasmania, support for these programs is offered in a scholarship program administered by the State Service Management Office.
TTC works in collaboration with ANZSOG to partner and present events in Tasmania.
