Delivery: Face-to-face | Duration: 2 days

Business analysis is about understanding business needs and recommending practical solutions that both support the organisation’s strategic direction, while delivering value. A business analyst serves as the bridge between stakeholders, facilitating workshops, documenting and translating complex information and working across a variety of projects.
