When change in the workplace is ineffectively managed, it can lead to employees feeling overwhelmed and at an increased risk of psychological distress.

While change can be complex, there are simple ways you can improve the experience for your teams and increase their resilience to the overall change process.

During this course, you will learn some of the basics around human motivation, how to engage people in change and how to counter resistance. More importantly, you'll discover how to communicate with people as they progress through transition.

A Senior Project and Change Manager with proven experience in managing complex business transformation projects, with a keen interest in innovative technology projects, coaching and leading and promoting diversity and inclusion.

A highly engaging facilitator who uses a range of mediums to engage all different learning styles, Karen shares her broad organisational experiences to draw out participant experiences and provide relevant organisational context.
