PSP40416 Certificate IV in Government Investigations (Regulatory Compliance)

This much anticipated course is now open for expressions of interest with courses in both Hobart and Devonport commencing in April. It is a nationally recognised qualification which covers competencies required for those responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance with legislation, regulation, government and organisational policy.

The course delivery utilises scenario-based learning to develop compliance-specific knowledge. Participants will plan and initiate an investigation, assess non-compliance incidents and learn to exercise regulatory powers.

Tasmanian Training Consortium is offering this qualification in conjunction with Consumer Building and Occupational Services, Department of Justice and places in the course are heavily subsidised.

Expressions of interest for both courses close on 23 March and you will be advised if you have a confirmed place by 29 March. Please read the flyer carefully before applying, as it is essential that you are able to attend all the workshop dates as well as study and complete assessment tasks in your own time.
