Make it easier: essentials for EAs and PAs

This new course is about going beyond basic administration support to being an effective Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant. It follows on from last year's successful Executive Assistants Forum. The content brings insight into the diversity of the role and the attributes that make EA/PAs successful in today's demanding public sector.

During the day you will:

  • Build on your existing skills and knowledge
  • Benchmark yourself against best practice and learn what others do
  • Identify the tasks, responsibilities and attributes of an effective EA/PA
  • Learn techniques to aid efficiency, including using technology
  • Use emotional intelligence to understanding your Executive's needs
  • Build relationships and networks, including skills on how to influence and negotiate.
