Measuring Government outcomes


This is a half-day introduction to the policy/program evaluation methodology - Results-Based Accountability (RBA). RBA is a planning and evaluation approach developed by Mark Friedman in the United States. It has been applied  internationally, including in a number of Australian jurisdictions.

RBA provides a powerful, plain English tool for defining what results we are trying to achieve for clients and communities and answering the fundamental question: did we make a difference?
