Managing others can be the most frustrating and challenging part of a manager's role. Yet done well it can also be the most rewarding. What are the skills and strategies that make great managers? How do managers get the best out of themselves and others, creating a motivating and engaging workplace? How do effective managers manage underperformance and how do they have those tough conversations? This two-day course focuses on the skills and strategies of effective managers and people and performance management.
