Conflict resolution for field officers - Launceston and Hobart

If your work involves dealing with members of the public in a regulatory compliance environment then you are likely to be faced with a challenging situations or conflicting incidents on a regular basis. This course will teach you the skills to recognise the most common drivers of conflict and how to proactively and safely work to resolve the issue. It has been designed for:

  • Compliance or regulatory employees who engage with members of the public in their role
  • Employees wanting to extend their WHS skills in managing conflict situations.

The one-day course is delivered by Paul Simonsson who  has over 27 years of law enforcement and regulatory compliance experience in both State and Commonwealth Departments as a Director and as a training consultant. His most recent work has included Indigenous Ranger training titled Eyes and Ears as well as tailored courses delivered on country to Indigenous students.
