Bridges out of poverty

Bridges out of Poverty provides an in-depth discussion of the impact of the socioeconomic environment on people and poverty. It unpacks the 'hidden rules' we unconsciously apply to determine expectations and interactions with others. It also looks at the impact these hidden rules have on others, including misunderstandings and frustration.

The course introduces strategies for changing program design, policies and procedures to improve outcomes. Participants will use case studies to identify the principles of change and apply the material to their own practice.
